With over 20 years in Talent Acquisition, I spotted a gap in the overall Talent market place. Whilst the recruiting World is beyond saturated with agencies, as a recruitment leader I saw little value add from external suppliers.

 

When considering my biggest TA challenges, very few of these could be alleviated by a quick agency placement here and there. Instead, the questions that kept me up at night were; Are our processes lean enough? Bounce rates on our careers site? Conversion rate of applications? How do we accurately measure quality? How do we strengthen and leverage our employer brand? How best to lead and develop a World Class team of Recruiters & TA Specialists?
